For 25 years, Bechdol has specialized in spatial data analysis, remote sensing, data-driven agriculture, and natural resources. He began his career as a consultant at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center; spent a decade at ESRI, the world-leading geographic information system software firm; in 2013 co-led one of the early economic studies on implications and opportunities of “Big Data” in the food and agriculture sector; and recently served as the interim executive director of the Agricultural Data Coalition. |

Evan FlattDirector of Solutions, GRYFNEvan Flatt is Director of Solutions at GRYFN. Evan is a graduate of Purdue University's College of Technology and specializes in hardware solutions for remote sensing and mobile mapping applications. Post-graduation, he served as a Senior Research Engineer in the Civil Engineering department at Purdue, focusing on an array of applications such as automated phenotyping, atmospheric research, archaeology and infrastructure monitoring.
